Slow Saturday Pictures

So I was informed that there are some folks who are checking my blog pretty regularly, so I'm sorry for not posting as frequently and keeping the content fresh!  Today is a lazy day - Leila and I went out to try to explore some of the shops in town, but most stores close by 1 pm, and we went out shortly after that.  I figured that I would post a few more photos... The first one is of some of the German phrases I've learned since I got here, and there are a few photos of the view from my window, and the X-country skis I borrowed from the school. The Inukshuks were made by me the other day when Leila and I went to a Sami handicrafts lesson and are made of reindeer antler, and the other necklace was a gift given to me by a Sami student at the Samernas because I gave him a toonie...he said he loved polar bears, so I figured he should own a toonie :)  Happy Saturday!
